Insurance
Certificates of insurance and additional-insured documents are part of vendor onboarding. We send them before the first day on site.
How a Public Job Is Set Up
- Scope. Send the site name, city, and what needs washing. Photos are enough to start. A walk-through is available when the grounds are large.
- Written quote. One scope a purchasing office can attach to a requisition, with optional add-ons for windows and gutters.
- Paperwork first. Vendor forms and a certificate of insurance go out before we mobilize.
- Hours that fit the site. Empty campuses and jobsites can start at 7 a.m. Occupied parks, sidewalks, and schools in session stay on weekday hours, 9 a.m.–4 p.m.

Yes. We carry the coverage public agencies and management offices ask for and will send a COI before we mobilize.
